Whats AI Pro Terms and Conditions 1. Introduction​ These User Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") are formulated by Sub Nexs Continental Sdn Bhd (Company Registration Numbers: 202401022211 / 1568060-V, hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the Platform Operator") to regulate your use of the Whats AI Pro platform (hereinafter referred to as "this Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any services of this Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any content of these Terms, please immediately cease using this Platform.​ The interpretation and enforcement of these Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the other parts.​ 2. Service Content and Usage Rights​ 2.1 Service Overview​ The Whats AI Pro platform is committed to providing users with various artificial intelligence-related services, including but not limited to intelligent data analysis, convenient tool applications, personalized service customization, etc. The specific service content shall be subject to the actual display and provision on the Platform.​ We reserve the right to adjust, update, or terminate some services at any time based on technological development, market demand, or legal and regulatory requirements, but we will notify you in advance through reasonable means such as platform announcements and emails.​ 2.2 Grant of Usage Rights​ Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services of this Platform within the scope permitted by Malaysian laws for personal or business purposes.​ You may only use the services in the manner and according to the guidelines explicitly provided by this Platform. You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code of the services, unless such actions are expressly permitted by applicable laws.​ 3. Account Registration and Management​ 3.1 Registration Requirements​ When registering an account, you need to provide true, accurate, and complete personal information (such as name, valid email address, mobile phone number, etc.). If you provide false information, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account usage and pursue corresponding legal responsibilities.​ You should ensure that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of full capacity for civil conduct as required by the laws of your jurisdiction before registering and using this Platform. If you are a minor, you need to use this Platform under the guidance of your legal guardian.​ 3.2 Account Security​ You are responsible for keeping your account password safe and not disclosing it to any third party. You shall bear all losses caused by account leakage before the notice.​ We have the right to require you to change your password regularly or take other security measures to ensure account security according to our security policies. If you do not use your account for a long time, we may clean up the account in accordance with established rules, but we will notify you in advance.​ 4. Paid Services and Refund Policy​ 4.1 Paid Service Description​ Some advanced features or value-added services of this Platform require payment. The specific paid packages, prices, and service content can be viewed in the "Membership Center" of the Platform. When you choose a paid service, you need to carefully confirm the order information. Once the payment is successful, we will activate the corresponding service for you according to the package you selected.​ The prices of all paid services are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes, but do not include third-party fees such as network traffic fees generated by your use of the services.​ 4.2 Refund Policy​ Except for the circumstances explicitly stipulated by Malaysian laws, paid services are generally non-refundable after activation. If you encounter technical problems such as malfunctions during the use of paid services that prevent you from using them normally, you can contact our customer service team. We will provide you with technical support or negotiate solutions according to the specific situation, such as service extension or partial refund.​ If the service is interrupted or cannot be provided as agreed due to our reasons, we will refund you the corresponding fees proportionally or provide you with reasonable compensation according to the duration of the interruption or non-provision of the service.​ 5. User Content and Conduct Norms​ 5.1 Submission and Authorization of User Content​ For any content (such as text, data, pictures, audio, etc., hereinafter referred to as "User Content") you upload, post, or submit during the use of this Platform's services, you still retain its ownership, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicenseable, and permanent license to enable us to provide services for you, display User Content, optimize service experience, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.​ You warrant that you have legal rights to the User Content you submit, and the User Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, or other legal rights of any third party, and does not contain any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, obscene, defamatory, or other inappropriate information.​ 5.2 Conduct Norms​ You undertake to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Malaysia when using the services of this Platform and shall not use the Platform to engage in the following behaviors:​ Publish, spread illegal, harmful, false information, or engage in fraud, harassment, slander, and other inappropriate behaviors;​ Infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, and other legal rights of the Platform or other users;​ Interfere with the normal operation of the Platform, such as carrying out malicious attacks, abusing service interfaces, and over-occupying system resources;​ Collect, use, and share the personal information of other users without authorization.​ We have the right to review your User Content and usage behavior. If we find that you violate the conduct norms of these Terms, we have the right to take measures including but not limited to warning, restricting function use, suspending or terminating your account, and may also pursue your legal responsibilities in accordance with the law.​ 6. Privacy Protection and Data Processing​ 6.1 Application of Privacy Policy​ We respect your privacy and strictly collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with the "Whats AI Pro Privacy Policy". This privacy policy is an important part of these Terms, and you can view its detailed content on the official website of the Platform.​ When processing your personal data, we comply with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and related regulations to ensure that data processing activities are legal, legitimate, and necessary.​ 6.2 Rights of Data Subjects​ According to Malaysian laws, as a data subject, you have the rights to inquire, correct, delete, restrict processing, and data portability. If you need to exercise the above rights, you can contact us through the contact information provided in Clause 8 of these Terms, and we will respond to and handle your request within the time limit specified by law.​ We will take reasonable technical and management measures to ensure the security of your personal data and prevent risks such as data leakage, loss, and tampering.
